a Michigan 501(c)3 Non-Profit, working to help you keep your family healthy and safe

Over half of Michigan homes have Moisture buildup and poor ventilation that can cause the growth of toxic mold, and poisonous concentrations of radon gas.

The good news is, most homes across the country have solvable performance and safety issues. These breakdowns lead to a range of problems including serious health issues such as lung cancer and asthma, or milder problems like feeling foggy, allergy flare ups, or the occasional headache.

The Snug Home program is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to a clear mission; To determine whether your family is safe from non-visible toxins, to identify the failing systems, and to present you the options that would fix the problem.

What you do speaks so loudly I can't hear what you say.

We operate in an industry where trust needs to be earned, and homeowners and families are sceptical that they are getting what they want and need over what is being presented to them. Our objective is to be the transparent third party in between. First figuring out if you have any issues, and what your goals are, and then helping you achieve them.

The Snug Home Program is here to serve your family and walk you through the whole process; from checking for problems that create a toxic environment, through to helping you with resources and vetted contractors to fix the problem, all as a third party that's on YOUR side.

The process can be divided into 4 parts:

We inspect

We Diagnose

We Connect You to Solutions

We Guarantee the Quality
No-Cost Certified Inspection ($300 value)
Our in house Certified Home Inspector conducts a thermal scan, radon testing and a detailed visual inspection of the five key systems of your home with the aim of giving you a clear understanding of the health and safety risks for your family directly related to your home’s performance as well as the rewards for taking action.
Diagnose root causes
The Certified Inspector will be able to give you an understanding of any critical priorities while they are at your home.
Connect you with resources to solve the problem permanently
Once we’ve completed your inspection, we give you a clear pathway to solutions by showing you what work should be done to reduce the toxins in your home, by connecting with contractors on your behalf who will execute the installs with unparalleled quality, and guaranteeing your satisfaction with a fair market price.
Lastly, we verify that they did the job right by testing the project after it is completed.
Since we are partnered with certain contractors we can guarantee their work, and if they didn’t deliver, we will hold them accountable so you don’t have to.
We’re here to help build safe communities. We have the pleasure of partnering with local contractors and municipalities to cooperatively address home safety while bolstering local business. We’re also building programs to aid disadvantaged communities with job training, to provide the entry level positions in order to have experience to enter the job market.
